Diet Secrets of Bollywood Celebrities

We all are very well aware of the positive effects of a good and nutritional diet can have on our body. A beautiful body is an outcome of regular exercise and healthy diet.
Body.. hmm.. we all adore how fit our bollywood stars look on screen, well some of the are really fit off-screen too. So without further ado let me share with you the diet secrets of some really fit stars of bollywood.

Before I start I would like to say that one should not follow what others do blindly. Pay attention to what your body needs and then go ahead with a diet plan. Remember what works for them might not work for you, so pay attention to various things like your routine etc before making changes in your diet.
Having said that now let’s get on to the topic.
Shilpa Shetty: Shilpa Shetty is one fit female in Bollywood. Her radiant and healthy look is an outcome of regular exercises and healthy food. Her Breakfast includes normal tea, protein shake, two dates and eight black raisins. For her lunch she prefers one Roti (bread) made of five different kinds of grain along with butter, vegetables, chicken and Dal. Her dinner includes lettuce salad with pomegranate or apple.
Bipasha Basu: She starts her day with warm water followed by tea and almonds soaked overnight. For breakfast she likes to have 8 scrambled egg whites, mushroom toast, wheat flakes or porridge. Her lunch diet consists of green vegetables, dal, grilled chicken or fish, green salad and soya rotis. She prefers extremely light dinner consisting of broccoli/asparagus/ spinach/ chicken soup or salad with grilled fish or chicken and little dessert.
Deepika Padukone: She prefers eating egg white, plain dosa with pudhina chutney, upma, idlis or paranthas for her breakfast. At lunch she loves to have dal, roti, sabji, salad and raita. Like others she too prefers light food for dinner. She likes to have porridge with pickle or homemade dal and steamed vegetables.
Priyanka Chopra: She is one celebrity who is completely non-fussy about food. She hogs on junk food. Priyanka’s daily diet consists of roti, vegetables, soups, salads, rice, dal and lots of fruits. Regular fluid intake is what she stresses on, she loves to have juices and follow the 8 glass water mantra.
Kareena Kapoor: Her love for food is no secret. She starts her day with morning tea/coffee followed by a breakfast which includes bowl of muesli with nuts or two parathas and yoghurt. Her lunch and dinner consists of chapaties with lots of green vegetables and dal.
Malaika Arora Khan: Her day begins with a glass of warm water with honey and lime. For breakfast she prefers one small bowl of seasonal fruit with Idli or poha or upma or porridge. Her lunch consists of brown or red Goa rice, 2- 3 vegetables, chicken or fish and one bowl of sprouts. She prefers to have early dinner which includes soups or salads.
John Abraham: John breakfast includes a big glass of fresh juice, six egg whites, slices of buttered toast, and ten almonds. When it comes to lunch he prefers chapatti, lentil soup or Dal and boiled spinach. His diner usually consists of soups.
Suniel Shetty: His takes high calorie food (about 1,500-2,000 calories per day). He too is non fussy about what he eats. His breakfast includes brown bread and egg. For his lunch and dinner he likes to have brown rice, chapaties, vegetables and salads. His waist size of 30 at the age of 47 speaks volumes about his fitness.
Salman Khan: Salman steers clear of junk food and prefers foods like meats, vegetables and fruits. He avoids sugar and processed food completely. Salads and pulses are his sources of carbohydrates.
Hrithik Roshan: He does not follow any particular diet routine. But, always keep a check on the intake of oily and fried food. He loves to eat fresh fruits and vegetables and prefers to take six small meals a day. Not to mention he drinks loads of water. Once a week, he prefers to go for fruit diet i.e. he eats only fruits that particular day.
